Server log data
When you access this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary access data including IP address, timestamp, requested address, referrer and browser identifier. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Contact form
When you send a project enquiry, we store your details in our protected enquiry inbox at Supabase: name, email address, optional company and project link, requested service, budget, quote currency, project description and language. We also store the public entry page and, when present, campaign labels from the link (source, medium, campaign) to understand where enquiries came from. This uses no analytics cookies or persistent browser identifier. Our team receives an email notification. We use these details to handle and attribute your enquiry and to communicate about it.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Enquiries are deleted once they are no longer required and no statutory retention period applies.
Client account and orders
For the protected client area we process your email address, credentials in hashed form, profile data and the orders assigned to you. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. You enter payment details directly with Stripe; complete card details never reach our systems. We receive the payment status and transaction identifier in order to match the order. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Email delivery
Transactional emails such as enquiry confirmations, registration confirmations and password resets are sent via an email service provider, which processes your email address and the message content for this purpose.

Cookies
This website sets no analytics or marketing cookies. The client area stores technically necessary session data, without which signing in would not work.
